Chocolate Peanut Bread Pudding

Ingredients

check French bread cubes 10 cups French bread cubes

1 cup peanut butter and milk chocolate morsels

check eggs 4 eggs

check milk 3-1/2 cups milk

check (22 oz.) chocolate syrup 1 bottle (22 oz.) chocolate syrup

check brown sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar

check vanilla 2 teaspoons vanilla

check confectioners sugar confectioners sugar

Directions:

Place bread cubes in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle morsels over bread. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in milk, syrup, sugar and vanilla; pour over bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly.

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
