Moon Rock Cookies

TRIPLE chocolate cookies!

Yield: Makes 5 dozen cookies

Ingredients

check brownie mix with flavoring packet 1 box brownie mix with flavoring packet

check eggs 2 eggs

check vegetable oil 1/3 cup vegetable oil

check water 2 tablespoons water

1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

check (6 ounces) white chocolate chips 1 cup (6 ounces) white chocolate chips

check chopped walnuts 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

check powdered sugar 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix and flavoring packet, eggs, oil, and water just until blended. Stir in semisweet and white chocolate chips and the walnuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes until firm. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Dust the cookies with powdered sugar.
