Add reduced calorie or regular mayonnaise to shopping list 1/2 cup reduced calorie or regular mayonnaise

Add egg, beaten to shopping list 1 egg, beaten

Add chopped pimento to shopping list 2 tablespoons chopped pimento

Add chopped green onion to shopping list 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

Add Worcestershire sauce to shopping list 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Add lemon juice to shopping list 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Add dry mustard to shopping list 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Add Generous dash hot pepper sauce to shopping list Generous dash hot pepper sauce

Add crabmeat, such as blue crab or dungeness picked over to shopping list 1 lb. crabmeat, such as blue crab or dungeness picked over

Add Freshly ground black pepper to shopping list Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Combine mayonnaise, egg, pimento, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard and hot pepper sauce. Gently stir in crab meat. Spoon into 4 to 6 individual casserole dishes or scallop shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave at high 7 to 9 minutes or until thoroughly heated, rearranging dishes once.
