Steak Tacos

Ingredients

Add sirloin steak, cooked and chopped to shopping list 1 lb. sirloin steak, cooked and chopped

Add taco seasoning mix to shopping list 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Add water to shopping list 1/2 cup water

Add (8 inch) flour tortillas to shopping list 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Add green onion, sliced to shopping list 1/4 cup green onion, sliced

Add tomato, chopped to shopping list 1/2 cup tomato, chopped

Add lettuce, shredded to shopping list 2 cups lettuce, shredded

Add cheddar cheese, shredded to shopping list 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat steak, taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook for 10 minutes.

Heat tortillas as directed on package. Spoon warm steak onto tortillas. Top with green onions, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Fold tortilla over filling.
