Pecan Chicken

Ingredients

Add pecans, coarsely chopped to shopping list 1/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Add dried bread crumbs to shopping list 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs

Add dried thyme to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Add paprika to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Add salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add boneless chicken breast halves to shopping list 4 boneless chicken breast halves

Add Dijon mustard to shopping list 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the pecans, bread crumbs, thyme, paprika and salt. Coat chicken with mustard, then with pecan mixture. Place in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
