Cape Cod Corn Bread Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients

Add corn bread stuffing cubes to shopping list 2 cups corn bread stuffing cubes

Add bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained to shopping list 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained

Add Ocean Spray frozen cranberries to shopping list 1 cup Ocean Spray frozen cranberries

Add diced onions to shopping list 1/2 cup diced onions

Add chopped pecans to shopping list 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Add thyme to shopping list 2 teaspoons thyme

Add chicken broth to shopping list 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:

In a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish, combine stuffing cubes, sausage, cranberries, onion, pecans and thyme. Add chicken broth; mix well. Add more chicken broth for a moister stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
