Ingredients

Add (10 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables to shopping list 1 package (10 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables

Add fresh cauliflowerets to shopping list 1 cup fresh cauliflowerets

Add sliced stuffed olives to shopping list 1/3 cup sliced stuffed olives

Add sliced green onions to shopping list 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Add canola oil to shopping list 1/4 cup canola oil

Add vinegar to shopping list 3 Tablespoons vinegar

Add garlic powder to shopping list 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Add black pepper to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, combine frozen vegetables, cauliflower, stuffed olives and green onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat.

Serve with a slotted spoon.
