Ham and Pineapple Bake

Ingredients

Add chopped fully cooked ham to shopping list 1 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham

Add (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained to shopping list 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained

Add medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup) to shopping list 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

Add Original Bisquick to shopping list 1 cup Original Bisquick

Add milk to shopping list 1 cup milk

Add eggs to shopping list 2 eggs

Add prepared mustard to shopping list 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Add shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.) to shopping list 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 F.

Spray pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inch, with cooking spray. Sprinkle ham, pineapple and onions in pie plate.

Mix bisquick, milk, eggs and mustard until blended; pour over ham mixture.

Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
