Family Favorite Bread

Ingredients

Add water (70 to 80 degrees) to shopping list 2/3 cup water (70 to 80 degrees)

Add white vinegar to shopping list 2 tablespoons white vinegar

Add sour cream to shopping list 1/2 cup sour cream

Add sugar to shopping list 1 tablespoon sugar

Add salt to shopping list 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Add bread flour to shopping list 3 cups bread flour

Add active dry yeast to shopping list 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available.

Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
