Add chopped celery to shopping list 1 cup chopped celery

Add chopped crabmeat to shopping list 1 cup chopped crabmeat

Add chopped parsley to shopping list 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Add Italian bread crumbs to shopping list 2 cups Italian bread crumbs

Add oregano to shopping list 1 teaspoon oregano

Add white wine to shopping list 1/2 cup white wine

Add grated sharp cheese to shopping list 1 cup grated sharp cheese

Add salt and pepper to taste to shopping list salt and pepper to taste

Add fresh mushrooms, washed and stems removed to shopping list 60 fresh mushrooms, washed and stems removed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray.

Saute celery, onion and crabmeat about 5 minutes until tender.

Remove from heat and add the parsley, bread crumbs, oregano, wine, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir together until combined.

Fill each mushroom cap with stuffing mix and cook on a sheet pan for about 15 minutes or until heated through.
