Banana Cream Dessert

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

Add whipping cream to shopping list 1 cup whipping cream

Add vanilla to shopping list 1 teaspoon vanilla

Add crushed peanut brittle, divided to shopping list 1 cup crushed peanut brittle, divided

Add medium bananas, sliced to shopping list 2 medium bananas, sliced

Add maraschino cherries to shopping list 4-6 maraschino cherries

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add vanilla and continue beating just until stiff peaks form. Fold in 3/4 cup crushed peanut brittle and the bananas. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill for at least an hour. Sprinkle with remaining peanut brittle and top each with a cherry.
