Mozzarella Pepperoncini Wreath

Ingredients

Add (16 oz.) pepperoncini peppers to shopping list 1 jar (16 oz.) pepperoncini peppers

Add mozzarella cheese, sliced in 1/4 inch slices to shopping list 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced in 1/4 inch slices

Add roasted bell pepper, drained and coarsley chopped to shopping list 1 roasted bell pepper, drained and coarsley chopped

Directions:

Coarsely chop pepperoncini peppers to measure 2/3 cup. Measure out 3 tablespoons liquid from jar of pepperoncini. Arrange mozzarella slices in circle on serving plate. Drizzle with pepperoncini liquid. Arrange pepperoncini and bell pepper on cheese slices. Serve with crackers.
