Chicken Salad Supreme

Yield: Serves 4.

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Add Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard to shopping list 3 tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

Add cooked chicken, cubed to shopping list 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed

Add each, chopped pimiento and pickle relish to shopping list 2 tablespoons each, chopped pimiento and pickle relish

Add chopped celery to shopping list 3/4 cup chopped celery

Add slivered toasted almonds to shopping list 1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds

Add hard-cooked eggs, diced to shopping list 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced

Add minced onion to shopping list 1 tablespoon minced onion

Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Toss dressing lightly with remaining ingredients. Chill. If desired, serve on a bed of greens.
